1. Who We Are

ClashPro AI is an independent Clash Royale analytics and AI coaching tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Supercell. For questions about this policy, contact us via the footer link on clashpro.ai or email lukasdvat@gmail.com.

2. Data We Collect and Why

2a. Data You Provide

• Clash Royale Player Tag: When you search, we pass your tag to the official Supercell/Clash Royale API to retrieve your public gameplay statistics. We do not store this tag on our servers beyond the duration of the request.
• Contact Form Submissions: If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.

2b. Data Collected Automatically

• IP Address: Your IP address is temporarily logged by our server for rate-limiting and abuse-prevention purposes. It is not linked to any personal profile and is not retained beyond the current session window.
• Server Logs: Standard web server logs (timestamp, request path, HTTP status code) are retained for up to 30 days for debugging and security purposes.

2c. Data Stored on Your Device (LocalStorage)

The following data is stored entirely on your own device in browser LocalStorage and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Your AI Coach credit balance
• Recent player tag search history
• Coaching session history and chat logs (24-hour TTL)
• Your preferred coach personality setting

Clearing your browser cache will permanently delete this data. We have no ability to recover it.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for advertising purposes only. We do not use first-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics).

Google Advertising Cookies (DoubleClick / DART)

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies — including the DoubleClick DART cookie — to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. The DART cookie enables Google to serve relevant ads to users based on their browsing history.

You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page or the Google My Ad Center.

Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Managing Cookies

You can control or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the display of advertisements but will not affect any core functionality of ClashPro AI.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supercell / Clash Royale API: Public gameplay data is fetched on your behalf. Subject to Supercell's Terms of Service.
• OpenAI: Your public gameplay statistics and coaching prompts are sent to OpenAI to generate AI coaching responses. We do not send your name, email, or any personal identifying information to OpenAI. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense: Advertising is served by Google LLC. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Sentry: We use Sentry for error monitoring. Error reports may include anonymised technical data (stack traces, browser type). No personally identifying information is intentionally included. Subject to Sentry's Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights (GDPR — EEA & UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right of Access: You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request deletion of your personal data. Note: because we do not store personal data on our servers beyond server logs, the primary action available is deleting your LocalStorage data directly in your browser.
• Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that we limit how we process your data.
• Right to Data Portability: You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to Object: You may object to processing of your data for direct marketing or legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at lukasdvat@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Our legal basis for processing the limited personal data described in this policy is legitimate interests (rate limiting, security, abuse prevention) and consent (advertising cookies, where applicable).

6. Your Rights (CCPA — California Residents)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the following rights:

• Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Google AdSense may share data with advertising partners; you may opt out via Google's My Ad Center.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights.

7. Children's Privacy

ClashPro AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our contact form, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

8. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months for correspondence purposes, then deleted. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. LocalStorage data lives on your device until you clear it.

9. International Transfers

Our server infrastructure and third-party services (OpenAI, Google, Sentry) may process data in the United States or other countries. By using ClashPro AI, you consent to your data being processed in these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of ClashPro AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Your Rights under the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (INCDPA)

If you are an Indiana resident, the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (effective January 1, 2026) grants you the following rights:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Correction: Request that we fix inaccuracies in your data.
• Right to Deletion: Request that we delete personal data collected from or about you.
• Right to Data Portability: Obtain a portable, usable copy of your data.
• Right to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: You may opt out of targeted advertising at any time using the toggle in the footer of ClashPro AI. This sets a flag on your device. You may also opt out globally via Google's My Ad Center.
