You must be at least 13 years of age to use ClashPro AI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly provide services to children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will take steps to block their access.
ClashPro AI is a third-party Clash Royale analytics and AI coaching tool. It retrieves publicly available Clash Royale player data via the official Supercell API and generates coaching commentary using OpenAI's language models. The Service is provided free of charge, supported by advertising.
ClashPro AI operates a virtual credit system ("Credits") earned by viewing advertisements or through other in-app mechanisms. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
The coaching advice, deck ratings, and strategic commentary generated by ClashPro AI are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties that following any AI-generated advice will improve your in-game performance or rankings. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. You should exercise your own judgement when acting on any advice provided by the Service.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $50 (FIFTY US DOLLARS).
The Service relies on third-party services including the Supercell Clash Royale API, OpenAI, Google AdSense, and Sentry. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Indiana.
